Welcome Class of 2017

As the class of 2016 is preparing to spread their wings and fly off to new and exciting adventures, here at DFP I am holding back tears as I watch them go, and rejoicing in the new class that is just getting started. Each year I have such an amazing opportunity to really get to know my Spokesmodel Team, and I experience all the feels when it's time for them to move on.

Each year we have a big group shoot with some of the outgoing seniors and the incoming class. It is always such a special time for me, and I hope that the teams enjoy it as well. Here is a group shot from this year's Vintage/Boho shoot with both teams.

I am so excited for the class of 2017 Crew. They are fresh, fun, and fearless and ready to take on any adventure. We have so many fun things planned. I can't wait to see how they grow and learn, and how they use their gifts and talents to make the world around them a better place. It is a great honor to capture them throughout the year and also to serve with them in the community.

The DFP Spokesmodel team is about more than just great senior photos. We strive to collectively give back to our community through volunteering and service projects throughout the year. We aim to promote peer confidence and empowerment. Our goal is to do good in this crazy world.

It is with great pride that I share with you (most of) my 2017 team!

And, OH MY GOSH, I am so excited that we have our first GUY Spokesmodel! :)

I would also like to introduce you to our ELITE Spokesmodels. The Elite team is a limited edition level and this year we have 3 beautiful young women who will be on this Crew. Elite Spokesmodels get to participate in our annual Elite Mother/Daughter retreat, and participate in a super styled fantasy photo shoot with professional hair, makeup, and wardrobe styling. They also receive a special mother/daughter photo shoot, and many great perks. I am so excited to show you what we are doing on our retreat this year. Check back this summer for those amazing pictures. In the mean time, say hi to Morgan, Sophia, and Kayla.

Our first big group shoot also includes our DFP Spokesmodel Boot Camp. This is where current spokesmodels speak and teach the rising seniors a thing or two about being a DFP Spokesmodel. Afterward we take some fierce and tough group photos.

I can't wait to see these amazing young adults bond and become a unified team. I am so excited for the class of 2017. May this be the best year yet.
